Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas will be hosting a dinner featuring a chef from Italy on March 5 at 7PM at its Clifton, NJ location.
Italian for “four hands”, Quattro Mani is a collaborative dinner featuring Spuntino Wine Bar’s Chef Michel as he hosts Chef Alessandro Taras, resident chef of Italy’s Argiolas Winery in Serdiana, to bring guests an unprecedented dining experience. The evening will feature a five-course menu inspired by Sardinian cuisine paired with a selection of fine wine from the Argiolas Winery.
Chef Alessandro worked in some of the finest restaurants in Sardinia, including Michelin starred S’apposentu, before starting his own business. He now splits his time between his business and Argiolas Winery, where he is resident chef and teaches guests how to make classic Sardinian dishes.
Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas specializes in small plates that put modern twists to Italian classics, with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients. To complement its menu, Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas has an extensive list of world-class wines available by the bottle, with over 60 selections offered by the glass.
