House-Made Everything Burger

The Shannon Rose Irish Pub is currently running a new Hop & Sizzle menu featuring one of the all-time greatest duos in history – burgers and beer. The menu is available through January 31 at its Clifton and Ramsey, New Jersey restaurants.

The full menu includes:

The “House-Made” Everything – Ground beef, grilled and layered over a base of house-made pickles, topped with crispy mozzarella tempura, candied black pepper bacon, house-made potato chips and ranch dressing. Served with a side of house-made chips.

Pairing Suggestion: Sneak Box American Pale Ale, Kane Brewing Company

PB & J – Ground beef, grilled and layered over a base of bacon jam and sliced jalapeño, topped with peanut butter, bacon jam and house-made pickles. Served with a side of French fries.

Pairing Suggestion: Carton of Milk, Carton Brewing Company

Greek Chicken – Fresh ground chicken seasoned with The Shannon Rose Irish Pub’s special spice blend and grilled to perfection. Topped with feta cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and house-made tzatziki sauce.  Served with a side of French fries.

Pairing Suggestion: Sour Monkey, Victory Brewing Company.

Frenchie – Certified Angus beef burger topped with bacon, Brie, caramelized onions and poached pear. Served with a side of French fries.

Pairing Suggestion: Black Lager, Devils Backbone Brewing Company.

Crab Cake – Seared crab cake topped with Old Bay aioli, tomato and onion. Served with a side of Old Bay dusted house-made chips.

Pairing Suggestion: Just Another IPA, Brix City Brewing.
