Pale yellow in the glass, this sparkling cider is simply outstanding. When poured, this cider has a very fizzy white head that’s quick to dissipate. The aromas are of apple with more earthy fruit, like plum. In the mouth, this cider offers big fruity flavors with sweet notes and a dry finish with a nice level of acidity.   

For fans of dry-sparkling wine – this is a cider for you. I hadn’t been a huge fan of ciders but when I dined at Thirty Acres and instead of a wine, I was poured this cider with octopus served with aged sherry vinegar, I was in heaven.

Pairings: Spicy foods – Indian, Thai or Mexican, fruit tarts, fish or seafood
